2 Starting the instrument

This section is dedicated to turn on the instrument when it was turned off intentionally (Emergency button activated, instrument turn off completely for repair/maintenance etc.) or unintentionally (Brutal electrical cut-off, …).

Please follow these steps carefully

If the instrument is turned off completely, whether the vacuum cabinet or/and the High Voltage and Real time cabinet, please follow the steps from § Vacuum cabinet starting. If the vacuum is already start, please go directly to “High voltage and real time cabinet starting”.
