5.1 Automatic Multi-Storage Chamber
The automatic Multi-Storage Chamber includes 6 holders’ support. Each of them may include 4 samples or depending on the holder type selected in the following list.
The motorized rod allows to load unload all the 6 sample holders automatically using the chained analysis program.
The vacuum synoptic present the storage chamber equipped with a turbo pump (TP5) and the load lock which is only pump down with the roughing pump.
