2.3 Security checking

2.3.1 Emergency stop

In case of emergency, the instrument can be turned off instantly. There are two emergency buttons on a 7F-Auto, one on the vacuum bay on vacuum cabinet (Red box in fist figure below) and one on the body at the cable tray rail (Green box in second figure below).

In case of emergency and only in emergency, push one of these buttons to turn off the instrument instantly.

2.3.2 Turning back on the instrument after emergency stop:
