2.5 Water and galden flow meters safety
Water circuit and galden circuit are used for colling down different parts of the instrument:
- Water circuit:
○ Wien filter
○ Magnet
○ Magnet power supply
- Galden tank
- Galden circuit
- CS source
- Duo source
It is important to have both circuits running well for the good performance of the instrument. For that, some parts must be checked:

Be sure that the blades of the two flow meters are spinning, the one on top is for water and the one on bottom is for galden.

Be sure that the galden tank is fully filled, or the duo and CS source would not be cooled down properly. Open the cap of the tank and look if the last spin is covered by galden. If not, please fill the tank with galden with density HT80 (and no other density !!).
If one of the flow meters does not work, it is not possible to start both sources and the magnet.
